Who we are
We are a family entertainment company. The same team runs an established character entertainment company that has provided professional character performers for years, and this service grew from that work. If you would rather have Santa come to you, our team also offers in-person Santa visits for homes, parties and businesses. We know how to make a child feel at ease with a costumed character, how to set up a memorable moment and how to keep a schedule that families can rely on.
We keep our claims modest and plain. We offer two things: a live Santa video call and a personalized Santa video message. We do them carefully, and we talk to you directly if you have a question.
Our Santa
Our Santa is a real-beard Santa in a velvet suit. He is on the screen for the call, and he records the personal video messages himself. The experience is a warm conversation and meet-and-greet. It is simple on purpose: a kind Santa, a few details about your child and a few minutes of his full attention.
What we offer
- Live Santa video call: A 10-minute, one-on-one Google Meet call for $39, paid in full at booking. Calls run November 28 to December 24, 2026, at limited times.
- Personalized Santa video message: A personal video of about 30 seconds for $19. It is emailed as a private link to watch and download. Videos are delivered starting December 10, within 3 days after that.

How we think about the experience

- We tell you when calls run, how long they are and what they cost, before you book.

Why we started
Many families want a real moment with Santa but cannot easily get to a holiday event. Lines are long, schedules are tight, grandparents live far away and small children do not always cope with crowds. A short, personal video experience from home solves a lot of that. We built the service around three practical ideas: keep it short enough for a young child, make it personal with details only a parent knows and make booking so simple that it takes a few minutes.

What a booking looks like from our side
When you book a live call, we see your child's name, age, wish list and fun facts, and so does Santa. He reads them before the call, so the first minute is already a real conversation. When you order a video message, Santa uses the same details to record a short video for your child. We do not ask for more than we need to do that well.
